About Flexatiq and Kynologic
Flexatiq is gym and fitness club management software built by Kynologic Sp. z o.o., a software company based in Poznań, Poland. One system for gyms, dance studios, CrossFit boxes and martial arts schools – hosted in the EU.
Who is behind Flexatiq?
Flexatiq is developed and run by Kynologic Sp. z o.o., a Polish software company that builds SaaS products for small and mid-sized businesses. We look after the product, onboarding, data migration and support for every club.
Where is club data stored?
Servers and backups are in Poland, inside the EU, in two data centres operated by Xerti Tech Sp. z o.o. Each club's data is isolated at database level, and passwords, keys and tokens are encrypted. For member data we act as a processor under a data processing agreement with the club, in line with the GDPR.
